Styling - Ankara Blazer from Yetunde Sarumi Collection

Hi lovers, 

It's a lovely style post on the blog today. Please let's not address the fact that I've been lowkey MIA... or rather, let's address it; I miss you all, but my only excuse is Wedding Planning. Surely, you forgive me since I'm pulling the wedding planning card, right? Hahahaha. 

Well, without further ado, I'd love to get to talking about this gorgeous Ankara blazer top I'm wearing in today's style post. 

My excitement with this piece was so abundant! I got slightly confused on how to style it because it's such a statement piece on its own that I didn't want to pair it with anything that would distract from it.

This particular blazer jacket top I'm wearing is called the Lizzy Jacket!
Again, before you say it: I KNOWWWWW, It has my name! No wonder this jacket is perfect! I mean, Look at me, I am Lizzy, perfect in all of my ways... but wait... this is not about me.

The ankara blazer came in the mail neatly folded.

A Thank You note was added as well as the Yetunde Sarumi Collection business card, which is so cute by the way! 

I decided to pair this blazer with a pencil mouth black pants and red pointy toed flat shoes. 

I really love the cut and fit and fabric used in making this jacket. 

The jacket is cute when worn open as well, but I really love the flare/peplum shape it gives when you clamp the almost none-detectable buttons together.
