Hello my people. Today I'm excited to share how Stitch Fix can transform your spring wardrobe with personalized styling delivered right to your...
It's officially FALL season, but this diy lady is still dwelling in summer colors!
I am somewhat proud of myself for today's mani. I did a gradient mani once again, and it wasn't completely horrible. AND I also did a freehand nail art and it too looked decent!! Who am I y'all?? I don't know what's going on with me! Haha!
I started my gradient with Luxe Coat - Velvet and used a sponge to do a gradient with Velvet and Butter London - Wellies (A pretty green polish from their fall collection). Then I applied One coat of China Glaze - Fairy Dust to blend my gradient together and add a bit of shimmer/holo to my nails.
Fairy Dust always makes me extra happy when used over ANY Color!
My Camera took a blurry picture and I had to show you, because it shows the holo is such a good way!
Here's the sponge I used and How I layered the colors for my gradient. Just dab the sponge on your nails to create the gradient.
Yes, I took a LOT of pictures. lol
More blurry Holo goodness.
At this point, I was like, OK, I took enough pictures, let me try some freehand nail art. If it turns out good, GREAT, if not, Whatevssss!
Whatcha think?
Here's what helped me nail it! I used a cuticle stick as my instrument! I dipped it into a black polish, and Just made lots of random C's U's and Dots on my nails to get the leopard print look.
I went ahead and did another nail, to create TWO accent nails. :-)
Even my mistakes looked like they were planned. lol..
See I took lots of pictures of this mani.
And That's it for now y'all. I will definitely be trying more freehand designs.
Feel free to share your thoughts with me.
P.S: Butter London - Wellies and Luxecoat - Velvet's individual swatches will be posted on the blog soon.
Till later, God bless.
