It was brought to my attention that this doesn't work for everyone, BUT I think those people were trying to checkout with Paypal. If you try to checkout with paypal, it'll come up with an error writing in red and yada yada. But If you click Checkout, you'll be taken to a page to choose a JCPenny store near you, where your product will be delivered for pick up by you. Your credit card info won't be require if your order is exactly $10.
