Hello Darlings...
Today I have my first hand-made polish jewelries to show you! If you've seen my 100+ Followers Giveaway Post, You might have anticipated this post. Well anticipate no more, because here we are!!!
A while back, Jessica over at LuvMyLacquer told me she would send me a Polish ring she made with a polish I helped her name (Pink Aurora).
Well, before the ring got to me, I started looking into "polish jewelry", and decided I would make some, because duhhh I am a self proclaimed Do It Yourself Lady. When the ring Jess made for me got to me, I loved it so much that I was so happy I had decided to make some for myself.
The ring Jess gave me is still my official "First Polish Jewelry", but I am glad to announce that I now have more rings that I've made with some of my favorite nail polishes.
I didn't have any plan for these as I was making them, I just picked up some of my favorite polishes and got to work.
Here are some of the ones I've made. This is how they look (before attaching the adjustable ring behind each one).
And Here's an individual shot of each ring. Me so Happy!
This one is sparkle I love! ;-)
Chunky Glitters Ahoy! Yes, I totally made that up.. but it'd be a cool name for a polish. Lol...
This one reminds me of the sea. Well, a Sea full of holographic-awesomeness. Lol..
I am happy with all these rings, but if I can be partial to one, it'll be THIS ONE! Such a gorgeous end result!
You see that red in the bottom? It shifts depending on which angle I turn the ring. Watch out for this polish in the last picture. You'll see how the red spreads because the ring was flat down! Amazing!
This next one is the most "Complex" one. at different angles, the sparkle shines either more brighter, or goes dim. Watch out for this one in the last picture too. You'll see how some parts of the ring are dimmer than others.
So hard to capture scattered Holos, but I love this ring!
This one is probably my least favorite one, but I still had to show it. I used flakie polishes to get this look.
And Here's a final Look at all of them again... Look at the one with Red sparkles.. see what I mean by "It sparkles in some angle, and is dim in other angles?"
I Love my new jewelries! Made by me, and Ohhh dear.. I'm absolutely enjoying being a DIYLady!
Ok ladies! That's is for my "first batch" of DIY polish jewelries I made. I am more than excited and I have wheels turning in my head. Now I want to make earrings, pendants, hair berets, and more rings!!!!
How many rings can a girl own though? I hope there's no limit, because Oh Emm Ghee... Lol... All these polishes are gonna be put to some good use!
Do you spot a polish you know?
I captioned each ring with a number, so it'll be easy for you to comment about each ring if you want to.
Sooooooooo, tell me, What do you think??? *Opens eyes widely, ready to read what you think*...
Thanks for viewing, and I hope you're glad it's weekend? Stay safe.. Till later, God Bless. :-)

number 1 and 5 are china glaze. Number 1 you already showed in your previous post and number 5 looks like a part of holiday collection from CG to me.I don't remember the name though!
ReplyDeleteYou're right about #1. But #5 isn't China Glaze. :-) It's a combination of e.l.f Golden goddess and Kleancolor - Chunky Holo Scarlet.
DeleteDon't know the polishes but they look great!
ReplyDeleteThanks Shannara. :-D
DeleteThese are stunning!! Absolutely gorgeous! All of them are beautiful but my favourite is #4 (I love blue and grey). :)
ReplyDeleteOhhh Wee.. She loves the holographic sea!!! Lol.. Thanks Ashley.
DeleteI don't know any of the polish names, but I'd really like to get to know #4 and #2 ;)
ReplyDelete#4 is Kleancolor - Holo Blue
Delete#2 is O.P.I - A sparkle Yule love (also known as "Excuse Moi")
The red one definitely stands out! Looks great!

DeleteIs the red (#6) one Ruby Pumps? and the pink one (#2) reminds me of Teenage Dream. So pretty! I think they are all gorgeous, but of all of them the pink, glitters ahoy ( :) I do love that as a name), and the sea one are my favs. Great go at these, they turned out awesome!
ReplyDeleteOy! I wish it was Ruby Pumps. Lol... I don't own that polish. It's Kleancolor's Chunky Holo Scarlet. A beauty to behold!
DeleteAnd #2 is "OPI A Sparkle yule love" (Also known as Excuse moi!)
Thanks :-)
These are beautiful. Wish I could figure out how you made them since I would love to make some myself.
ReplyDeleteDid you buy clear stones from craft stores? I wonder what it would look like if you used a slightly tinted glass stone...could change up the color!
ReplyDeleteFor the ring part, did you use a hot glue gun?
Love this idea, definitely going to experiment on my own!
Yes. I bought them from Joanns. Slightly tinted glass stone does indeed change up the color. I tried it, Loved some, hated some. lol.. If you have an already gorgeous polish, the Tinted stones could make you dislike the finished product. Kinda weird like that...
DeleteAnd for the ring part, No not Hot Glue. The one I used is called E6000. Amazing glue I tell ya!
can u tell me the size of big rings?? and also the size of epoxy sticker? :)
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love this DIY!!! Been forcing myself to not accidentally (as if) end up at my local craft store
